Facilities management is the process of outsourcing the labour and management functions of a warehouse to Toll, but holding onto the lease/title responsibilities of the facility and sometimes continuing to own the equipment and IT systems.
Facilities management can offer the backfilling of excessive warehouse capacity, and can leverage from Toll’s skilled management and warehouse labour pool.
